A crisp sound was heard. Then they saw James lying with his butt on the floor, showing an expression of shock on his face.

Touching his face, James muttered in confusion, "Where am I? Am I in the cloud? Why are birds and stars floating above my head?"

Staring at his palm, "Oh, damn. I thought I used just enough strength."

For some reason, Dante curses himself and James seems like he lost touch with reality.

The people around them looked dumbfounded.

What had just happened? Did James intentionally let himself get hit?

"James!" Megan shouted.

Just then, James came back to reality. Thanks to Megan, he finally remembered what happened and where he was.

He quickly stood up and roared angrily at Dante.

Everyone glared at Dante, it seemed they fully believed in James.

Sujin was silent, wondering what had just happened.

They noticed James’ right cheek was swollen.

Hearing Dante’s words, trembled James slightly. He believed what happened earlier was just a fluke. Dante’s timing when he blinked his eyes was so accurate. If that’s not luck then James doesn’t know what to believe anymore.

Regardless, he couldn’t back down without getting his revenge. He would surely beat the shit out of Dante.
