As the two got closer, Caleb put one hand around her waist, pulling her a little closer. His eyes were full of affection, “Xaviera?”

Xaviera pondered for a long time, not knowing how to answer, and could only laugh awkwardly: “I’m a member of the Medical Association. Isn’t it normal for me to attend meetings here? I don’t have anything to say about it!”

Xaviera sobbed, “Albert and I spent over an hour testing, but we didn’t find any problems. Then Albert said the only possibility was that we were hypnotized! Caleb, how could I tell you that?”

Caleb’s gaze narrowed, the temperature around him seemed to drop slightly. In fact, he knew Xaviera would definitely come to the Medical Association to investigate the truth, but he didn’t know why; he always had a premonition that letting Xaviera lose that part of her memory was his intention.
