“But they’re not home, the hospital is too busy, and they can’t make it back these days.” Gu Zhihan raised his hand to embrace the young girl, chin resting on her head, and continued, “What’s the matter, tell me about it.”

“Who told you I don’t have money?” Gu Zhihan seemed displeased, reached down to pinch the girl’s chin making her look him in the eyes. His dark eyes hinted that he might have guessed the situation already, “Is it that your parents temporarily can’t give you money?”
