Standing by the edge of the cliff, Sandra let out a sad smile. Her eyes gleamed with tears and her lips quivered with defeat. She might have failed to kill them but she would never give them the satisfaction to surrender her to the cops.

Ever since she was a child, his life had been miserable. It was only Tristan who made her happy.

Sandra thought one day Tristan would come to accept her feelings, but that never happened.

"Jennifer has been taken care of. She won’t cause any problem now" Tristan said approaching Ashley from behind and embraced her.

With his chin resting on her shoulder, Tristan examined her expression from the mirror.

Ashley was silent from the moment they returned and he knew why.

"It was her decision," Tristan said pointing his words toward Sandra. His team was able to find her body and soon she would be cremated with proper ritual.

Patrick and Tori were informed about her death. Soon they would join them.

"I thought Sandra was strong enough to face her downfall, but she turned out to be weaker than I expected" Ashley sighed.

"She turned out to be a coward. I never expect her to jump off the cliff and escape" Ashley added.

Turning around, Ashley faced Tristan. "Life is too precious to waste like that"

Tristan understood Ashley was upset with what happened to Sandra, but there was nothing they could do. She already made up her mind and didn’t flinch taking such a huge step.

Caressing her arm, Tristan pulled her for a tight hug.

Sandra was finally gone from their lives, freeing them from all their worries.

It was finally the beginning of their peaceful lives.

Sandra’s body was cremated next to her mother’s. Both Tori and Patrick were heartbroken by the loss of their daughter and sister. But they blamed no one. It was Sandra who took the step and there was nothing they would do.

Jennifer was also sentenced to prison for all her crimes and Tristan made sure she wouldn’t leave soon.

Tristan didn’t reply and rested his face on the top of her head. The couple was enjoying their peaceful time when suddenly Tristan expressed.

"Let’s marry again" Ashley pulled away from Tristan, astonished with his words.

"Marry. Again?" she asked skeptically.

Tristan smiled and gave her a nod.

"Yes, I want to marry you, and that too in front of everyone. Let’s have a grand wedding"
