This is one of the best novels i've read on different site. Not sure why it has so low rating here.
Very good magic system. MC is not a pushover. No harem.
Mc is actually smart, not author wants him to be 'smart'.
Other characters are not one dimentional as well.
This novel is sure chatty. LOTS AND LOTS OF LONG DIALOGUES and on top of that very very long descriptive text that sure will turn you off in the very first dozen few chapters. If you managed to get past the annoying chapters, congratulations, you just found one charming MC, a female lead that is helpful and not a deadweight, and quite a cast of fun characters. This novel by any means is not perfect. I have quite of issues with it, mainly pacing but i liked ben and thera enough to compensate all that.
