Chapter 87: Chapter 87: Past Versus Present. (Part 2)

The devastating explosions of the two Dodecahedrons result in a terrible blow to the Student’s ranks.

The [Åyûrïc Shields] enveloping their bodies are not efficient enough to protect them from the shockwave or the sudden release of Åyûrïc Energy; Provoking fatal gory injuries, like lost limbs, or pulverized and charred corpses that are reclaimed by the Memory Halls.

The last two consequences are especially numerous in the area that both explosions collide against the other; Contrary to popular beliefs, standing between two detonations don’t nullify the powerful shockwave of one with the other.

In fact, is entirely the opposite, as the clashing forces add up their strength, causing greater damage to the unfortunate Individuals that are in such location.

This dire aftermath is not the case with those who use [Åyûrïc Fields] or are behind Khallyon’s [Åyûrïc Hurdles].

Being extremely noticeable the difference of effectiveness when compared to the almost inexistent injuries received by some Cadets; Experiencing just a bit of disorientation and dizziness due to the thunderous sound.

Taking advantage of the weakened formation of the Students; Khallyon advance forward, leaving the protection of his [Åyûrïc Hurdles] in the Central Lounge, and materializing his Blunt Mittens.

The pseudo weapon is not not too eye catching, grey oxford lethery with the knuckles of metal stamped with osmium, giving a slightly blue shade.

The disorganization and dread affecting the Students is overwhelming for them, clouding their reasoning, especially when a tall but thin Rabid Young Man pounce against one of the most vulnerable Students.

Tackling down his enemy, Khallyon launches a straight right punch, directly to the Student’s face, ruthlessly executing the poor defenseless Young Man with one strike; Just a simple hit from the Rogue Cadet’s fists is sufficient to obliterate into oblivion the memory of how thet Student used to look like.

Khallyon’s ferocious savagery is a terrific sight, dismaying the opposition and even instilling fear in other Cadets, as one or two rookie Recruits are shocked by the feral dysplay, es they hadn’t seen too many battles between people and just entered in a couple of Invasive Territories with a relatively low level of threat.

"This is not over yet!"; Says Mätzeniä with renewed vigour, making the Cadets and Recruits to focus on the ongoing combat.

Of course, the Haughty Lady is not occulting her anger, satisfaction and thirst for blood at seeing the distress and panicked terror that the Students are suffering.

After all, her Step Sister Äzäleä was brutally injured by the Students "Until all of them are in the Memory Halls we hadn’t obtain our victory!".

Mätzeniä’s words are not a warning, they are a testament for everyone to understand what will happen, causing several Students to break their already messed up formation, attempting a hasty desperated escape.

But this is where the situation takes an unexpected turn, as some Students shoot towards the knees and elbows of their comrades preventing their departure, and ensuring the cowardly traitors are not Taken Down.

Rendering the wounded Students at the mercy of whoever wins this conflict; A weird reward that fuel the remaining Students to fight back with all in their repertoires, wanting to deal with the cowardly traitors who were straying away from their duties.

This is precisely one of the reasons that explains why Eldyron City banned Students from its territory, because they are a variable and manipulable risk, especially when faced with the certainty of being "Taken Down" or even getting "Killed".

"For the Founder!"; Scream with unweaving conviction an orange skinned Young Lady with yellow eyes and white hair "May her Academy be eternal and transcend the Imperishable!".

This Young Lady’s phrase is one of the few things that can instantly offend all the Imperishable Entities; Or cause them such amusement and joy, that they are pleased with the spectacle, offering Ephemeral Commissions to their Blessed Children, whether to punish or assist whoever is entertaining them.

A little pause occurs in the confrontation, most people in Eldyron City are Blessed Children, and is precisely the whispers of the Imperishable Entities what makes Khallyon to recover some of his sanity.

* Crush And Remodel, Mind And Will, Shape and Body Of A Children Blessed By JUSTICE And CONVICTION = 1 Shard With 15 Novas Of Rarity *

{Fifteen?!, Isn’t Eleven Novas of Rarity supposed to be the best and maximum obtainable?!}

The revelation is not only incredible for Khallyon, even the Åyûrïc Emperor would be stupefied after this impossible absurdity

Truth be told, an Imperishable Entity can give a Shard up to Eleven Novas of Rarity to someone loyal and devoted.

If the Children has Two Blessings the Rarity is reduced to Five Novas per Imperishable, with a maximum of 10 Novas of Rarity.

This is where a Triple Blessing comes in handy, because very few Individuals have achieved being Loyal to the Imperishable, giving Four Novas each of them, with a total of Twelve Novas of Rarity, unheard of, not really, but totally underrated and discarded as the delusion of a few drunkards.

Lastly, Four and Five Blessings have the "Misfortune" of only receive Three Novas per Imperishable, and if they get along well enough during their deliberations, 12 and 15 Novas of Rarity respectively, is a possibility for the unluckiest or most insane Mortals born in Leathemnur.

{How am I supposed to do any of those things?!, Do I have to beat her up?, That doesn’t sound like a viable way to crush this Lady’s Mind or Will, Heck!, she may get more aggressive and resolute... , Her Body could be crushed, sure, but the Shape... , How can that even be possible?!, with sufficient time she is going to heal completely...}

*Grrr*, Khallyon’s stomach growls again, his hunger is only increasing, demanding for food to satiate his appetite and empower the restoration of Integrity to recover the mass he lose during the Perennence extraction.

{Maybe I need to let her flee after defeating her... , I am not a fan of leaving loose ends, but that reward from the Imperishable is very, very tempting... , Shit!, They truly comprehend how to influence someone to comply with their machinations...}
