Chapter 95: -83- Drunk Dream Saloon (First subscription plea!)

"So... you suspect that the Drunk Dream Saloon is also related to the Blood Demon Church?"

"Not suspect, but certain. With the clues you and Nisi provided, I followed the trail starting with Jordan as the breakthrough point, and found quite a few traces. Incidentally, I also successfully destroyed a den of the Blood Demon Church."

Sebastian said proudly.

Charlotte’s heart stirred:

"So... did you find anything?"

Sebastian sighed:

"They were still Blood Servants, severed too quickly. I didn’t have the chance to continue the investigation."

"Very good."

She accepted it with satisfaction.

As the fragment was taken, it instantly transformed into a red light that surged into Charlotte’s body.

Seeing this scene, Sebastian’s demeanor became even more respectful.

Taking a deep breath, he continued:

"The Blood Demon Church is collecting cursed pages, there surely is a scheme behind it... The Drunk Dream Saloon is likely one of their channels."

"The notoriety of the Drunk Dream Saloon is well-known, yet it has never been dealt with. The force behind it is powerful, and its influence extends to nearly half the nobility in the Duchy... There must be a core figure orchestrating everything in the shadows, and beyond colluding with the Blood Demon Church, there surely are protectors!"

"Not only that... I strongly suspect that they are the ones who framed me and the Rose Association!"

The Drunk Dream Saloon, huh...

Charlotte pondered.

"Where is the Drunk Dream Saloon held?"

"It’s different each time, one needs an introduction from someone inside to get the chance to enter."

Sebastian explained.

"Moreover, during the investigation, I also found an acquaintance of yours in Jordan’s estate..."

"Who?"

Charlotte raised her eyebrows.

Sebastian was aware of her situation; there were not many people who could be called an acquaintance of hers.

"Priest Lotti."

Sebastian said solemnly.

Lotti?

"What happened?"

She asked.

She remembered the Great Priest who was clearly not normal.

The Great Priest had once reached an agreement with her, but later abandoned Castel, clearly having found a better collaborator.

Considering the nature of the Drunk Dream Saloon, and the perverseness that the Great Priest had shown, she roughly guessed who the protector of the Drunk Dream Saloon might be.

"What do you think... if we also write an exposé letter, and send it directly to the higher ecclesiastical district, what might happen?"

Charlotte speculated.

Sebastian instantly understood the girl’s intention, his eyes widened:

"You suspect... the protector is the Great Priest?"

Although somewhat surprised, Sebastian did not doubt Charlotte’s judgment.

In his eyes, the judgment of a deity was certainly correct.

He thought for a moment and said,

"Five questions..."

"First, there must be evidence, and it must be conclusive, ensuring a one-hit kill."

"Second, with the Great Knight just deceased, the Judgement Court of Bold will inevitably be in chaos over the next few days."

Sebastian’s expression was excited, his face brimming with anticipation.

Having witnessed the power of the Lady of the Dark Night, he was now even more confident than the Lady herself.

Charlotte, however, fell into contemplation.

Sebastian was right. Perhaps before today, Charlotte had been quite worried about her safety, but now that she had successfully advanced to First Tier Starry, her powers had greatly increased, as had her ability to protect herself.

Not to mention, she had unlocked the ability of "True Ancestor Liberation."

Charlotte spoke indifferently.

Having said that, she thought for a moment and then corrected herself:

"No, don’t bring him to me. Kidnap him and then call my name."

Sebastian’s heart skipped a beat:

"Understood."

"Remember not to expose yourself. Ensure your disguise is solid, and you can let your subordinates do it, but don’t leave any trace that could raise suspicion or startle the enemy."

Charlotte reminded him again.

The Great Knight had just died, and since it happened while pursuing Sebastian, Sebastian’s situation was very delicate.

Although she had provided cover, it could not fully clear his name, and dealing with this issue was giving Charlotte a bit of a headache.

Sebastian had also thought of these things.

He bowed respectfully once more:

"Understood."

"Furthermore... if you encounter any more people from the Blood Demon Church, do not alarm them. Instead, call my name as well."

Charlotte added.

Sebastian’s heart stirred, and he bowed reverently:
