Sydney let Caden drag her all the way out of the castle. She saw that he was not happy and hold her tongue, she intended to comfort him and let him know she wouldn’t be taking in anymore men. She had even yet to satisfy those with her now!!!

The group of three left the eagle clan on Caden’s back and returned home. Frost took his little sister from their mother to go walk around the city while Cadne escorted Sydney up to her room, he hadn’t spoken much on the way and Sydney also kept silent.

When they reached the room however, Caden immediately begun to grope Sydney’s small waist, nefore he could control himself, his lips were already over hers and he was kissing her feverntly.

He was yet to accept her former mates and now another group wished to encroach on his woman, how could he keep his cool? He wasn’t venting his frustration on Sydney at the moment, he just needed to feel reassured that she wasn’t slipping from his grasp. He didn’t have children with her and feared that she’d forget him in the course of time.

Ngh... Sydney moaned deeply trying to break free to catch a break but Caden didn’t let her, he only let go of her lips trailong his lips down to her neck and then, he was back onto her lips capturing them with his own.

Caden moved slowly worries he’d wake Sydney up and went down the stone bed, outside the door, he could tell someone was there waiting impatiently.

He walked over and opened the stone door to find Enzo standing there with a basin over warm water. Upon the room opening, the scent from intercourse assaulted Enzo that was he was almost crazy with fury!!!

I’ll clean her up." He said and attempted to walk in but Caden blocked his way. What’s the meaning of this?" Enzo hissed his hands cracking down on the stone basin in restraint.

You don’t have the right." Caden was cold and ruthless, right to the point. Sydney had indeed allowed them back but not acknowledged them, it was only the children amd that’s why, he and Ken didn’t mind the children at all.

I suddenly find you very detestable!" Enzo gritted out.

Same." Caden didn’t further entertain him and snatched the basin from Enzo before walking back into the room.

Prove it." Caden spat walked back and slapped the door shut in Enzo’s face leaving the latter extremely vexed that he was almost crazy with anger.

His heart felt suffocated and he immediately left with heavy steps to find Ray and his comrades.

Why have you gathered us?" Greg asked with a frown.

It’s an important matter...we can’t let those kids dominate Sydney." Enzo was still ragging. This wasn’t like him as he was more cold and refined, like a dignified king but now, he seemed nothing less of a ragging bull.

They exchanged looks and sighed. The events that followed after Sydney and Caden went to the room were known to all of them but what could they possibly do?!

Why are you getting worked up? Sydney was in agreement to this so we shouldn’t really intervene too much." Ray suggested.

What advantage? Enzo, I’m sorry for being blunt but if you are expecting for things to go back to the way they were, then you are going to be deeply disappointed. It’s useless and infact, what ever plans we come up with might back fire on us.. it’s already good enough for me the way it is now." Ray spoke hos heart. And circumstances are completely different, she is Sydney yet she isn’t and we all know that despite our deep connection with her, she doesn’t bare our marks for a reason

The next morning.

Sydney woke up with a growling stomach and aching body, though she wasn’t sticky, her whole body felt battered, like she had been in a battle royale!

Was there a need to bully me to such an extent?" She couldn’t help grum king as she pushed herself off the bed. She walked to her stone case and retirived a skin skirt and turtle neck shirt to help her cover those suggestive marks.

When she walked down to the ground floor, she found that Ray and his comrades were the only ones present at the moment.

Good morning." She greeted the group. Where’s everyone else?" She asked her eyes darting around.

The children left with Ken and Shawn, Ash is at the city hall while Caden was called over by his father." Ray replied.

Oh..." Sydney nodded and walked over but the pairs of eyes on her didn’t leave her even for a second.

Her stomach growled amd immediately her face flushed from embrassment, infact the sounds continued on and on and she only hoped to dig a hole and hide herself forever!!

Come..it’s been two days since you last ate." Ray stood up and come to bring her over to one of the seats.

Sydney was still dazed at this moment. Two days? How’s that possible?! It was only an evening alright!!! Halt...did she faint or something of the sort?!

That’s the city lord’s female so you had better mind your words!! One word from her and you and your clansmen will be thrown outside the city!" Sia had her hands over her hips fighting for Sydney’s dignity with a group of their females from the city of beasts.

All the attention turned to the two women and gasps fell all over the place as all eyes fell on Sydney.

They are those new comers. You brother put up a competition to determine the most beautiful female in the city and they have been clamouring about taking that spot! Of course we wouldn’t let them since it’s you who is the most beautiful there has ever been!! And you weren’t in the city at that time so we had to fight tooth and nail. Besides this is not only about beauty, also, many strong males will be joining different families hence strengthening the family’s stand hold
