"Suishen Ranxing greets you, Lord Zhoutian Shenhai!" Suishen Ranxing could clearly feel the immense power coming from that person. It was why he humbled himself even as someone who had claimed to be the valley lord.

"Suishen Ranxing my friend, the divine wonderians have an amicable relationship with Myriadpath Valley, so there’s no need to be polite. I’ve only come here today to offer our friends aid in killing traitors and restore peace to Myriadpath Valley." Unexpectedly, someone with such a high status as him spoke rather frankly and freely. He also had a good voice, a mixture of a man's and woman's. There was something agender about him.

Suishen Ranxing met Qitian Muyu and Yumo Diyan's gazes. Even though they were happy, they were still worried about how severely the wonderian outpowered them. Something was odd about being treated as friends by someone that was obviously much more powerful.

Zhoutian Shenhai could guess how they felt and awkwardly smiled. "Actually, we’ve also come to capture a traitor, you see. She's the one who caused you all quite a bit of trouble. Why don't we help each other as friends and take care of our respective traitors?"

"Traitors?" Suishen Ranxing looked at the Blissful Union and immediately understood. There was a wonderian inside it! She was the one who had helped Tianming to even the numbers, causing the Three Exalted Houses to lose their numerical edge and even suffer many casualties!

"That's right, a shameless traitor like that boy over there," Zhoutian Shenhai said, greed flashing through his eyes.

Suishen Ranxing felt encouraged by the notion. He figured that the wonderians wouldn't talk to him so nicely if they truly wished him ill. After all, they could easily take down him and Tianming on their own. Not to mention, there had been a history of cooperation between the wonderians and Myriadpath Valley in the Yin-Yang World and the renting of some mundi. The wonderians had been a powerful faction for quite some time already, yet they hadn't made moves against Myriadpath Valley the entire time.

Suishen Ranxing made up his mind and saluted the wonderians. "With help from your esteemed selves, the traitors will no doubt be eradicated without a trace! However, since you’ve come from so far away to help us, I can't let you return empty handed. As such, I declare that we’ll grant you a lease over another thousand mundi! A thousand mundi were only a single hair of the Million Mundi as a whole and wouldn't affect Myriadpath Valley's might at all. It was a small price to pay to improve relations with the powerful wonderians. Plus, their presence would also be a good countermeasure in times of need. Besides, it also wouldn’t hurt to give them some real motivation to act.

Yumo Diyan and Qitian Muyu were rather surprised to hear that. They wouldn't have brought up such an offer if they had been the valley lord. The Three Exalted Houses had an image to maintain, after all, and they wouldn't stoop so low as to offer what wasn’t asked. However, they could see the wonderians smiling gleefully at the offer.

"Valley Lord Ranxing is truly well versed in the ways of hospitality. Your generosity knows no bounds. We can't afford to not live up to it," Zhoutian Shenhai said.

"Such hospitality is only to be expected for such esteemed guests!" Suishen Ranxing said.

"Alright, shall we get to work? Do you need us to help with that white-haired fellow over there?" Zhoutian Shenhai asked.

Suishen Ranxing glared at Tianming and said, "If it wasn’t for the divine wonder, he would've died long ago. Please let me take that traitor down myself."

He still had some amount of pride to maintain. Not to mention, he understood that if he relied on the wonderians to kill Tianming, his authority over Myriadpath Valley would take centuries to rebuild; it wouldn't be seen as his victory at all. However, if he framed it as the wonderians only taking care of their own traitor while he dealt with Myriadpath Valley's, he would be able to shut the critics up. That could keep any alleged wonderian influence to a minimum.

"Very well." The wonderians didn't sweat the minor details. All of them turned to look at the Blissful Union with greed filling their eyes. Their hearts beat faster at the mere sight of it.

Suishen Ranxing and the others led the hundred-plus eminents from House Yumo and House Qitian against Tianming, the former valley lord, Suishen Xiyue, and Jiguang. This time, they would finally deal a fatal blow. The other two million cultivators had already been shocked into silence by the rapid development. Nobody expected that the true battle for Myriadpath Valley would only begin after the death of Qitian Xiao.

The wonderians spread out and flew toward the Blissful Union, intent on suppressing the divine wonder. Suishen Ranxing and the others menacingly turned to the rebels.

"Myriadpath Valley, heed my order. Kill Li Tianming and the other traitors!" Suishen Ranxing declared, stoking the flames of battle once more.

Doom began encroaching upon Tianming's group, including Moran inside the astralship.

"Little Fish!" Tianming yelled when everyone began panicking. His eyes still shone with divine radiance.

"Leave it to me!" came Moran's soft, yet determined voice.

"Don't die!" Tianming said, gritting his teeth.

"I won't!"

"Wait for me."

"I will!"
