Even the Mechanized Turtle, who had just found a chance to enter the Water Moon Immortal Island and was preparing to follow his master senior sister, was dumbfounded as it got sucked into a spatial vortex.

The Demon Emperor and the second-generation Ancient Emperor each stood atop a pillar, gazing down at Lin Jing and the others who had just been teleported there.

“Your Majesty Demon Emperor, Your Majesty Ancient Emperor,” Lin Jing gave a slight bow, and the Pine Leaf Mouse, Dragon Carp, Ice Spirit Gu, and the Mechanized Turtle also mimicked a formal salute.

The second-generation Ancient Emperor withdrew his gaze and gestured for Lin Jing and his pet beasts to enter the array.

“These ten Immortal Light Orbs represent the ten entry slots that the Tianyuan Realm can send into the Origin Realm. Weaker subordinate cultivation realms might get only two or three slots, while stronger ones might get over ten.”

After Lin Jing stepped in, the Pine Leaf Mouse instantly teleported onto his shoulder.

“What a pity.” Lin Jing looked at the Mechanized Turtle. Indeed, its core cultivation was Void Mystical Stage, making it ineligible for entry.

So, only he and the Pine Leaf Mouse, Dragon Carp, and Ice Spirit Gu could enter the Origin Realm. The Mechanized Turtle would have to remain in Tianyuan?

“Is that possible?” The Demon Court Lord’s eyes lit up.

“If we manage to hold onto the sixth spot in the Golden Ranking, it’s doable,” said the second-generation Ancient Emperor. “The current fortune ranking system uses all mobilizable worldly fortune of the Tianyuan Realm to the fullest. “Fine, let’s do that then. I’m not blind to your struggles,” said the Demon Emperor with a generous wave of his hand.

If the Ancient Kingdom and Demon Court hog all ten spots, none of the other Seeking the Way forces will be willing to help you nurture talents.
