"I-I know. But I really want to... I want to do it with you. Don’t you want to?" Elena asked.

Dapper and Elena left the cinema and made their way to a nearby trackable motel. When they arrived, the first thing they saw was a broken sign hanging above that read [NOX].

They entered the motel’s premises. It was a small local place with multiple flat units spread out around the compound. As they walked further, a woman emerged from the first office-like structure near the entrance—it was the receptionist.

Dapper approached her and paid for a flat unit, as the motel didn’t offer single-room services.

They walked in. Elena sat on the bed while Dapper turned on a nearby candle and switched off the bright crystal chandelier, letting the soft candlelight cast a warm glow throughout the room.
