Chapter 77 - 77: Humph! Bad Uncle

It was a bright day with the sun shining in the sky, and why would it not, it was nearly afternoon after all.

In the IMAP Mall, Ye Qian stared at Little Jia who had a worried look.

"Papa, Jia is not hungry, Jia has her stomach full after eating the sweet and delicious breakfast that Papa made for us."

Little Jia smiled and denied being hungry.

But Ye Qian knew her stomach would be empty by now because he knew the food he made with the Spirit Stove Technique would quickly burn, thus giving the one who ate it energy more quickly and he or she would feel hungry after just a short while.

Ye Qian patted Little Jia's head as he squatted in front of her and said.

"Don't worry about the food here being a bit pricey, since Papa has brought you, then that means Papa has enough money to make you enjoy it for a while."

Saying that, Ye Qian pecked on her forehead.

The people walking around them felt warmth in their hearts seeing Ye Qian with Little Jia.

"Ohh, such a good lovely pair of father and daughter, I am so envious."

A man mumbled as he walked by.

"The girl is really cute."

Another lady praised.

"Come, Papa knows that you two and your mothers are hungry, let's go eat something before roaming around."

Ye Qian extended his hands to both of them and walked turned to the food corner.

"Papa, Little Ji said that the Kentucky Fried Chicken is very tasty, can Qiqi try that?"

Little Qiqi exclaimed while pointing, as she saw the KFC logo nearby.

Ye Qian turned to it and nodded.

"If Butterfly wants to eat then so be it. Let's got there."

"Jia, do you want to eat anything different?"

Ye Qian nodded and asked Little Jia if she wanted something else.

"No Papa, Jia would eat the same."

Little Jia glanced around and shook her head, she didn't know what there was in here, so she didn't have much of a preference.

There were rarely any friends with her in the school, so she was not informed much, and Ning Wei would also rarely get some outside or fast food for them and most of the time, it was from the stalls which didn't cost much.

Ye Qian turned to the ladies.

Yuan Meng knew what he was about to ask, so she just nodded.

Meanwhile, as Ye Qian and the others were in the mall.

On the road, the taxi that brought Ye Qian, the ladies and the little girls here was still standing while the other vehicles around it honked their horns.

"What is wrong with the driver, he won't move his car?"

The man driving a Honda Accord shouted while he continued to honk.

The taxi driver was in a daze since Ye Qian said him to stay away from the cemeteries.

'Who is that person, and how did he know I was in the cemetery.'

'Is this why I have been feeling so much pain for a while?'

'Is he a disciple of the Buddhist temple to know the reason for my illness just by sitting by my side for a while?'

'If there is a chance then I must try it and see if it helps me out?'

The man shook his head and was shocked to see so much traffic and it was due to him.

He apologized to everyone while started his car and drove off.

In the Mall, Yuan Meng patted Ning Wei's shoulder and followed Ye Qian.

"Sister Wei, let's go."

She held onto Ning Wei's hand and pulled her after Ye Qian and the girls.

"Uuff."

As soon as they walked into the food court, they were baffled by the densely populated area.

Ning Wei gasped.

"How are we going to sit in such a cramped-up place?"

Though she didn't say it aloud because of the crowd some were able to hear her.

They looked at her as if she was an alien.

"Sister Wei, it seems to be normal, for this place to be crowded so much, don't say it aloud."

Yuan Meng giggled and whispered to her seeing the judging gazes of the people.

Ning Wei quickly shut her mouth and closed it with her hand.

'Was I thought of as a countryside person by all because of that?'

Ning Wei was embarrassed and stared at the floor.

Ye Qian turned to them and said.

"Let me ask around!"

Saying that he handed the girls to Yuan Meng and walked to the boy wearing a KFC uniform at the entrance.

"Papa, come soon."

Little Qiqi and Little Jia smiled at him and called.

Ye Qian waved at them and walked to the counter.

"Hey, brother, how do I get a table?"

Ye Qian's question made the same reaction just like Ning Wei's and everyone looked at him like they were seeing a monkey.

"Umm."

The young man looked at him in disbelief for a moment.

'Is he really someone taking KFC for the first time.'

He thought but still took a coupon and asked

"How many people are with you, sir?"

"Umm, there are two little girls and two women with me."

The guy nodded and handed him a coupon.

"When the table number on the coupon is free you can go there. It might take a few minutes. though."

"Thanks."

Ye Qian nodded and thanked him, in fact, it was not that he didn't know but he thought that that system would have changed so he asked.

How would he have thought that the people would think of him as a countryside bumpkin?

But he would still not care about these things, what he cared about the most, for now, was to make his little girl's stomachs full.

He walked to the ladies and said with his lips pursed.

"I guess we will need to wait for a few minutes, the table number we got is 7."

Yuan Meng nodded.

They sat on the chairs given for a while till Ye Qian saw that table 7 was free.

He quickly picked up the little girls and walked to the table.

As soon as he placed the two girls, and waited for Yuan Meng and Ning Wei who were at the entrance to come, a big burly man sat on the chair in front of them with some more people.

"Uncle, this is Qiqi's Mumma's and Aunt's seat, can you please sit somewhere else?"

The little girl raised her brows and asked the man politely.

"Heh."

"This is my seat now; you are the one who sat later."

The man glared at the girls and sneered.

"Huh, uncle, don't lie, Jia, Qiqi and Papa came here first."

Little Jia raised her brows and retorted.

"Huh, what are you going to do, let me see?"

The man sneered and turned to the man next to him.

"Hey Juan, buy some good stuff for this big brother."

His voice was quite loud but no one said anything and no one seemed displeased or rather it looked as if they were ignoring him completely.

"Yes, Big brother."

Seeing that even after Little Qiqi had asked so politely to him, but he still was so bad to her and Little Jia, Ye Qian suddenly felt anger rising in his heart.

He was not sitting on the chair so to let Yuan Meng notice him quickly.

But he was there all the time.

Ye Qian turned to the burly man and narrowed his eyes.

"Hey, didn't the girl ask you politely, did you have to make such a thing in front of them. And this is our seat, so I must ask you to leave."

"Oh, who are you, punk and do you think, I will leave just because some tiny chicks tell me to. See, he thinks I will leave after he says me to?"

The burly man stood up in front of Ye Qian as he said while looking around.

"Haha haha."

The other men who were with him started to laugh and sneered at Ye Qian.

Though Ye Qian was about 6 feet tall the man seemed to be about a few inched taller as he stood in front of Ye Qian.

"Do you think you kick me out?

Ye Qian turned to the staff that was responsible for maintaining order.

He shook his head when he saw that they were also frightened in didn't dare to come.

It seemed that the guy in front of him would always come and cause trouble and was likely having a powerful backing behind him since he was able to behave like this in such a place.

Ye Qian sighed, really these kinds of people were everywhere, whether it was the cultivation world or the mortal one.

Meanwhile, Yuan Meng and Ning Wei arrived at the table and were shocked to see the scene in front of them.

"Mumma, see, this Bad Uncle is sitting on our table and not leaving after Qiqi asked him to?"

Little Qiqi reported seeing that her Mumma had come.

The man turned to look at whom the little girl was complaining and his eyes brightened.
