As the two Oni were following their movement, the monster had just finished with its regeneration.

The bits and pieces of scattered flesh squirmed and overlapped over each other to form a big lump of living flesh and remodelled back its original shape...or atleast, that was true for a huge part. It was unable to retain its perfect appearance. Perhaps it was the influence of anguish it had suffered that the monster couldn't even recall how it used to look like.

The monster took a pose like a four-legged beast as naturally as if it was its true nature and growled.

"Ruuuu......"

It hurriedly lifted its face and saw the impactful appearance of two Oni. ---It wasn't just red, now there was a blue one too. They're increasing.

The first movement from the monster was 'shiver.'

However the shiver also abated as it felt its current situation. Somehow, the monster was now capable of ignoring the kneeling pressure from that Red Oni.

When even just raising the head by few millimetre was a monumental task until a while ago, it could now grandly stood up with its four legs.

Monster was content with just being able to fight on equal level. The capability to make a counterattack, whatever the end result may be, could make a clear difference.

"Guuuu---Guuuu---!!"

The first move was made by a monster. It spit out its drool while frantically moving its legs. At this moment, it was really no different from a mindless beast.

However it was also a beast who couldn't be underestimated by any means. The monster was capable of reacting to Ibuki Douji's speed now.

"GuuuGuuuuuu!!"

It released a piercing howl and first targeted the blue Oni.

Ibuki Douji took notice of that and suddenly opened the distance from Ootakemaru.

"We're going to do that. You know what to do, right?"

"You sure wouldn't have needed to ask. It's been a while but that's no problem."

The two seemed to reach some sort of tacit agreement as they split up and broke into a dash.

Ootakemaru blitzed in toward the monster for a frontal clash as the monster aimed for him. Ibuki Douji was galloping with a bigger stride to take the monster from behind apparently.

That monster was lacking the leeway to deal with two Oni at once. it was also why it was ramming toward blue oni following the provocation from him.

In a split second, the monster was within reach, And in the same parallel moment, a fist with breaknecking speed trailed toward the monster.

"GuuuGuuuuu!"

Monster squirmed its legs creepily like a centipede, smoothly dodging Ootakemaru's attack, and further retaliated by jumping on that arm. Ootakemaru's expression remained constant despite that.

It silently lifted its four arms upward and murmured in a grieving tone.

"This is why I hate...small things. I am too clumsy for that."

Then he slammed down those four arms on the ground along with the monster.

The move was nothing out of ordinary, but that was enough to result in the cave-in of ground. Spider Web-like cracks spread around in the whole surrounding area. The scene created by Ibuki Doji’s kick earlier didn’t even come close. Ootakemaru's simple movement had resulted in the alteration of 1/4th part of the 75th floor.

The affected landscape was completely transformed into different topography.

Ootakemaru's mindset was simple, if the opponent was too small to hit, then he might as well crush that along with everything.

Ibuki Douji chuckled at the sight as if saying that was the battle style of clumsy yet giant Ootakemaru.

Of course, with fist even capable of shaking the mountain, the monster didn't scoot free with just minor scratches.

The shock was so tremendous it literally vomited out a majority of its internal organs and was smashed into fragments of flesh. But it immediately activated its self-healing ability and regenerated back within a blink of an eye.

"What in the world?"

Ootakemaru's expression took a change for the first time when he saw that monster regenerating at a blinding rate. It was clearly smashed into pieces but it regenerated itself within the same moment and rushed for another attack.

He finally understood why Ibuki Douji had called him to this world.

"Indeed...... this would have been impossible with just one horn."

"GuuuuGuuuuuu!!!!"

Seemingly finding an opening in Ootakemaru's defence, the monster dug its jagged teeth within the nape of Ootakemaru.

At last, it had managed to counterattack.
