Awakening the Divine Spark
Chapter 210: Seven pussies.

Chapter 210: Seven pussies.

The next morning came with a disappointment.

When in the distance Lee noticed seven figures, he was overjoyed at first. Unfortunately, as they approached closer, he recognized the four guys from yesterday.

This time, though, they were accompanied by three others, dressed in neat dark clothing, with shiny badges on their chests. Clearly these were enforcers of the Primordial Flame sect, and it became clear that the last night’s promise of Lee regretting his actions wasn’t an empty threat.

"Senior Brother Mori, that’s the thief!" One of the outer disciples shouted from the distance, pointing at Lee sitting next to the river, having breakfast.

Hearing the accusation Lee already guessed what would follow, but turns out they didn’t come simply to beat him up.

"Cough up the stolen artifacts and follow me to the sect where you’ll be trialed!" The leader of the group, probably the earlier mentioned Senior Brother Mori, commanded.

"You do realized that the accusations are stupid?" Lee tried to reason, "I beat them up and now they’re using you to get back at me?"

He could give the stones away and forget about the whole thing, but the problem was – the next sect who had a spatial elemental lord was far away and he’ll have to spend at least another month or even two on the road.

And that was the least of his worries. If he admitted he had stolen anything and was trialed in the sect – they would find on him the whole artifact collection that was stolen from the Celestial Abyss.

"So not only you’re a thief, you even dared to raise your hand against our disciples?" Mori got furious, "How dare you?!"

Lee had to give it to the guy, he was playing his role well.

"Is there a way for us to find a reasonable solution to this?" Lee asked, but his offer was received as a sign of weakness.

"Senior Brother Mori is already too generous leaving you alive." One of the last night’s heroes snorted, "Drop to your knees and beg for forgiveness if you don’t want him to change his mind!"

"You can’t be serious ..." Lee said, not believing the way the things were escalating.

"You heard him! Kowtow to your granddaddy here!" Another outer disciple, one who got knocked out last night, jeered.

"I remember you!" Lee faked a sudden revelation, "You were the one gnawing on grass, right? You’re name was Betty? Or was it Sissy? I forgot which one of you girls was which. After fucking all four of you in the ass, you kind of seem the same to me."

The sudden change came unexpected and left the seven disciples speechless. They obviously held the upper hand, but for some reason the kid suddenly turned completely insane.

Lee, on the other hand, was clearly provoking the bunch. He had never fought an elemental master with full strength before, to not speak three at the same time. He’ll have to go all out, but at the same time make sure he wouldn’t cripple anyone.

This will be challenging!’ He smirked to himself, trying to think of more effective ways to trigger the nerves of the three enforcers. His best chances lie in them loosing cool.

"I’m really glad this time you brought three more bitches." He said, "I’m really horny after breakfast ..."

"Courting death!" One of the inner disciples couldn’t take it anymore, and slashed at Lee, his sword burning in bright flames.

Their opponent was only a teenager, a one with loud mouth. The guy clearly asked for it, and the rest relaxed, confident it was over.

Lee didn’t share their thoughts. He dashed towards the attacker, and after ducking the slash, punched him in the chest. It looked like a simple strike, but Lee infused his fist with the earth elemental energy. His fist turned rock solid and easily cracked the chest bone.

The enforcer fell to the ground unconscious, probably from shock or pain, and began to convulse, instinctively gasping for air. The retaliation came too unexpected, but he had made it way too easy for Lee to hit him. Without putting up any defenses and wide open, it was silly to think he wasn’t going to be punished.

Before the others reacted, Lee dashed at one of the remaining enforcers. The best thing he could do was to knock out two in quick succession and then, after he was one on one, it was likely he could reason with the remaining guy.

Unfortunately, it didn’t go as he hoped.

The inner disciple’s pupils constricted as he saw Lee approaching. Purely on instinct he rolled to the side, leaving behind a faint afterimage, but when he got up, he already had a sword in hand.

Fuck!’ Lee cursed to himself, ’Wind cultivator!’

These were the ones he disliked to fight against the most. It was simply impossible to match their speed and, contrary to the four armed monster in the underground pyramid in his first life, he couldn’t use the fire element for quick bursts of speed, at least not yet.

"He’s just an earth elemental warrior." The wind cultivator said to the other one who was called Mori, "No wonder he’s so cocky. I guess he hasn’t ever had a real opponent."

"I’ll distract him, you cut off his legs." Mori said, "No need to play around."

Lee felt his feet grow cold with how ruthless these guys were, but no matter how he wished, there was no way he could lethally retaliate. The presence of the wind elemental master was annoying, though.

Trying to show as much desperation on his face as possible, Lee took few steps back, guiding more earth elemental particles to his fists, making them glow yellow for a split moment. It was immediately picked up by his opponents who slightly relaxed, but didn’t let their guard down.

Mori made a far reaching stabbing motion, but at the same time swinging at Lee’s head with the scabbard in his other hand. Both the sword and the scabbard were burning with bright flames, but it was too obvious the attack was just a faint.

As expected, the wind elemental master appeared behind Lee, but contrary to what Mori said, didn’t aim for Lee’s legs, but cleaved at his side.

Left with no other options, Lee summoned one of the artifacts from the auction, a golden longsword, and blocked the attack, at the same time bursting in flames. It was the skill he called Flame Armor, the one he demonstrated the bandits few months ago.

This time, though, he fueled it with all the fire elemental energy he could muster. He knew that he would be in agony afterwards, but he was also confident that he would be dead if he didn’t do anything and this was the most effective defensive move against the fast wind cultivators he knew.

Despite attacking from behind, his cleave was parried, but the wind elemental master wasn’t worried too much. He already intended to retreat a couple of steps to attack again right after, when the wall of fire blasted in his face, blinding him for a split moment.

It was all Lee needed. He turned around, swiftly elbowing the guy on the nose, knocking him out. The soft crack indicated the waking up part would surely be painful, but it was not close to what Lee currently felt. He activated the Flame Armor only for a split moment, but the agony it caused almost made him faint.

His expression didn’t change, though. While his last opponent retreated to a safe distance, Lee took the golden longsword in both hands, carefully observing the craftsmanship. In the rush he picked one of the most eye catching items from his collection and now he pondered whether he had to actually kill the witnesses.

The four smart-asses from last night were scared stiff from the sight of two inner disciples being neutralized in a couple of moves, but the last enforcer, slightly in panic, looked around, trying to figure out whether to run away. A couple of heartbeats later he calmed down, though.

"Hahaha!" Mori laughed, "So you’re an idiot who had absorbed two beast sparks! Just how many years of your lifespan you lost during the last ten breaths?"

"Does it matter?" Lee shrugged in return. He had hard time breathing from pain, but he had to keep up the careless appearance while figuring out the next course of action.

He said, "You were trying to kill me, an innocent person. I had no choice but to go all out. Your friends are only unconscious. Don’t you think this is a good time for us to stop before anyone has done something they’ll regret?"
