On the alert, Little Snake King lifted her head and gave Su Shu a few cautious looks but, realizing she was just speaking casually, laid back down, listlessly saying, “Come on, it’s of the same kind as me. Can’t you leave it a way out?”

“Sure, why not.”

Seeing that the Little Red Snake was not in major trouble, Su Shu decided to stand up and lead the way with Little Snake King, but the latter appeared so limp that she couldn’t help frowning.

“What’s wrong with you?”

“What else could it be, I got robbed by this little brat.” Largely drained of her vital energy, dammit, was this thing a vacuum cleaner or what?
