She stroked the soft hair on top of Xiao’ai’s head and wrapped her arms around her tiny body, rocking gently.

Xiao’ai paused, trying to make sense of what she was saying. After a moment, she sniffled and nodded.

“Good girl. So, your aunt knows you were scared. You went to sleep in a small house, but when you woke up, it had turned into such a big one, right?”

The little cutie nodded her head.

“Your auntie will explain. That little house is our home, and now this big house is also our home. But you see, the little house is on the mountain, and the big house… Xiao’ai, do you want to guess where it is?” Su Shu played with the little girl.

The little cutie, as expected, furrowed her brows in deep thought and recollection.
