Chapter 144: Chapter 123 Making Money Is Not Easy_2
"He’s right here waiting for you, not going anywhere! At least for an hour! Baby, hang in there a bit longer."
It was clear that the latter part of the statement was addressed to the man next to her; Olivia’s words completely enraged Craig.
"Wait and see." The other side hung up the call directly.
"Is this really okay?" Allen Zhang tentatively asked, having never been so blatantly unfaithful in front of a husband before.
"What does it matter? Anyway, my relationship with him has already fallen apart, now I just need to get that breakup fee. He is someone who doesn’t know how to share; I introduced so many clients to him. Now that he’s climbed up the ladder and hooked up with a wealthy woman, he wants to ditch me and go solo! He is so selfish, but you are better."
Olivia slightly lifted her hips.
Allen Zhang received her cue, "Okay!"
About half an hour had passed. There came a piercing screech of brakes outside, followed by heavy and hurried footsteps, and then banging on the door.
"Olivia! Open the door! Open the damn door!"
Allen Zhang pulled back the curtains, looking through the second-floor window to see Craig standing downstairs.
He was holding a baseball bat, took off his cap, and threw it on the ground, "I know you and your friend are in there! Open the door quickly! Let me see how great he is, or I’ll smash the windows!"
After a bout of shouting, with no one responding to him, Craig began furiously smashing the door.
"I think we better tend to the urgent matter first." Allen Zhang looked at Olivia, the Female Knight.
Olivia, sitting up with a shoulder lean, sighed irritably, "Such a nuisance."
Opening the window to the raging Craig below, she threw down the apartment keys, "Come up yourself! Don’t embarrass yourself out there!!"
Craig looked up to see Olivia disheveled, her face flushed with red, and felt deeply hurt.
That used to be something only he could evoke in her.
He faintly saw the silhouette of another man, fueling his rage even more, "Don’t let him leave!!"
He picked up the keys, pushed the door open, and hurried upstairs.
Allen Zhang had already put on his clothes, while Olivia simply tied up her hair and sat on the bed.
Craig burst through the door with a bang, enraged at the sight, "Fxxk! It is you! I knew it! Look what the two of you have done! And on my bed!!"
Recognizing Allen Zhang as the friend Olivia mentioned, Craig was burning with fury, "I knew you two were sneaking around behind my back!"
"Can you shut up? Lighten your door slamming! I pay rent for this house! If you break something, I have to compensate!!"
Olivia cursed angrily, blaming him, "Didn’t you also do lots of shady stuff behind my back? A few months ago, you borrowed money from me to pay for your girlfriend’s abortion, right? Don’t think I don’t know anything!"
"I suggest you calm down, buddy." Allen Zhang’s words only incited Craig further, turning him bright red with rage. He lunged forward with the baseball bat, ready to throw Allen down and give him a harsh beating!
"Fxxk you!! Hamburg!! Today I’ll turn you into cheese!!"
Allen Zhang saw the bulky man lunging at him, clicked his tongue. He agilely stepped back, watched the clumsy turning of the big man, and in the moment of turning back, a lightning-like hook crashed onto his jaw.
Craig’s eyes blackened, his head buzzing, stumbling backward, and thudding down onto the floor.
The stick in his hand dropped, momentarily dazed.
"Buddy, I’m sorry I had a relationship with your girlfriend, but what’s done is done. You might as well settle down. Your own private life is pretty messy too, often sneaking out behind your girlfriend’s back, aren’t you?" Allen Zhang warned as he raised his fist.
Meanwhile, Olivia talked about all of Craig’s shady past.
Having been a vigorous athlete from school, having too much energy wasn’t a good thing; his talents were all channeled into reproduction.
Allen Zhang was relatively more restrained.
After enduring that blow, Craig sat on the cold floor, significantly more composed.
"Why don’t you sit on a chair or on the bed? Don’t you feel like it?" Olivia coldly smirked, continuing with sarcasm, "Starting today, we are no longer related. Although this house is shared, you haven’t paid for six months. I’ve been paying all the social security, water, and electricity bills. Pack your things and get out of my house!"
Craig’s face went from pale to flushed, he gritted his teeth, "Fine! I’ll go!!"
"Now that you’re here, it won’t be so easy to leave. Let’s sit down and discuss that breakup fee."
Olivia took out her phone, showed him some chat records, "Craig, you wouldn’t want to see your wealthy woman blackmailed for 200,000 US Dollars, ruining the relationship between you two, right?"
What a Japanese-style speech.
Craig’s face turned dark, rubbing his sore and aching cheeks, "This is extortion!!"
"It’s the fee you owe me. I’m not asking for much, just 100,000 US Dollars!" Olivia said.
"100,000!? That’s not a lot? Why don’t you just rob me? Where am I supposed to get you 100,000? Even if you chop me up, I can’t produce that!!"
Craig erupted in rage.
"Not necessarily," Allen Zhang said. "You look quite robust, rich people would definitely like your organs, a kidney goes for 260,000 US Dollars."
