While muttering, she began to cook, first taking out two eggs to fry sunny-side up, then adding both eggs to a big bowl of noodles for Eldest and boiling some greens.

As for herself and Su Wanyu, they each had a small bowl of plain noodle soup with greens.

This was only because the house only had fine grains; otherwise, a bowl of coarse grain porridge for each mother-in-law and daughter-in-law would have sufficed.

While Zhang Guihua was cooking, Su Wanyu and Jiang Mianmian had already gotten up and washed up.
