The Abyss Demon Dragon joyfully twisted its colossal dragon body, soared into the sky, and the strong air currents toppled the Small Inferior Demon onto the ground.

The System’s voice was still mechanical and cold, devoid of any ounce of empathy.

"Any creatures not hunted by the host’s own body will not yield any benefits upon devouring."

The System, unusually patient, explained to Bai Yan, "As long as the host does not rely on the power of the Abyss Demon Dragon and hunts demons under normal circumstances, the System will absolutely not deduct any rewards that rightfully belong to the host."

Hunt under normal circumstances?

It appears that to the System, the Abyss Demon Dragon falls under "abnormal circumstances!"

The System’s voice was firm; it would not allow Bai Yan to grow by relying on the Abyss Demon Dragon. It had its reasons; it had to ensure Bai Yan was as involved as possible in the hunting process, as this was conducive to his proper growth.

The Abyss Will and Bai Yan’s mysterious past life wanted Bai Yan to grow stronger in all aspects, not just in terms of strength.

The System Store opened.

A multitude of strange and wonderful items appeared.

Bai Yan had already made ample preparations for his next Abyss altercation days before.

Bai Yan was very clear about his target; he went directly to the categorization search and selected an item for exchange.
