Chapter 111: Chapter 111 You Don’t Have a Chance Anymore

When Shen Yanhe laid eyes on Fang Zhi, there was a moment of surprise, followed by a curved red lip, "There’s money to be made, nothing too tough about it."

Fang Zhi couldn’t help but laugh, "Five or six years and you’re still all about the money, huh?"

"Let’s go, Li Na had some issues and couldn’t make it, I’ll take you to the boxing ring."

"Money is a fine thing." Shen Yanhe chuckled, wrapping her hands in bandages, and walked shoulder to shoulder with Fang Zhi towards the boxing ring.

"With money, you can solve ninety-nine percent of the problems in this world."

"That’s true." Fang Zhi turned his head to look at her, "You haven’t fought in many days, do you feel confident about this boxing match?"

"Of course." Shen Yanhe, with bandages between her teeth, skillfully tied a butterfly knot and said vaguely but viciously, "If that kid showed up in front of me now, I could beat him to a pulp."

Fang Zhi’s step faltered upon hearing her words, remembering the call he had just made to the BOSS; his spine turned cold instantly.

He couldn’t help but push up his glasses and prayed in his heart.

Hopefully, the BOSS wouldn’t betray him when the time came.

Otherwise, he wouldn’t stand a chance against S.

-

At that moment.

Inside a room on the fourth floor.

Li Na tugged at her hair irritably, pacing back and forth, "Why did the lock on Fang’s door have to break now! I wanted to watch my baby fight!"

Li Na clenched her fists and screamed, "Ah! It’ll take two hours for the locksmith to arrive! I’m going to miss the fight again!"

"Fang! This isn’t over between us!"

-

As Shen Yanhe and Fang Zhi were about to make their entrance, several people emerged from the corridor on the left.

The man at the front was tall and burly, draped in a black boxing robe, with red boxing shorts on the lower half, veins bulging on his exposed hands.

He was nearly one meter ninety, obviously a fierce and valorous man.

With a square and honest face marked by determination, his brows furrowed deeply when his gaze landed on the petite woman, no larger than a chick.

Following close to the man were several sleazy-looking youths, who seemed like they had just stepped out of the gutter.

One of them brazenly checked out Shen Yanhe from head to toe, his eyes lingering nauseatingly on her full chest for a moment.

Then he exaggeratedly exclaimed, "No way! Has your MX underground boxing ring run out of fighters, resorting to sending a woman into the fray?"

"Doesn’t MX have a pillar of strength? What’s his name, something S? Why not have him come and fight my brother Yong in person?"

The youth mocked, "Could it be that S heard about my brother Yong’s reputation and got so scared he ran off into the night?"

The youth’s companions burst into laughter, with one of them gesturing the height difference between Shen Yanhe and Brother Yong.

While speaking, they all smirked condescendingly, "She looks frail and delicate, going into the ring against Brother Yong, she’d probably cry after one punch, right?"

"Hahaha! She’s tiny, but that part of her isn’t!" The youth chuckled, drawing an arc across his chest with a lewd look towards the man called Brother Yong, "Brother Yong, you’re in for a treat, she might even use her chest as a weapon against you!"

These youths were from the streets; their boss had recently taken a liking to boxing, so they had fostered a boxer of their own.

They took this boxer around, defeating every notable fighter in the boxing venues they visited.

One could say they were winning battle after battle, almost without a single loss.

They got cocky, and after thrashing a fighter from another venue, they heard about a formidable pillar at the MX boxing ring named S.

They were challenged to find and fight S.

And since they were bold, they accepted the challenge and showed up.

Unfortunately, they picked the wrong time, as S wasn’t at the ring, so they fought and defeated all other fighters.

Those fighters weren’t weak, but Brother Yong and his young companions had no moral line they wouldn’t cross, often resorting to dirty tricks in the ring.

Quite a few fighters were unprepared and fell for several of their tricks.

Brother Yong paid no mind to his companions’ teasing, nor did he stop it. His gaze fixed firmly on Fang Zhi, he completely ignored Shen Yanhe, "I don’t hit women."

He clenched his fists, the size of punching bags, "Call out the Boxing King S from the MX Boxing Ring and tell him, if he’s a man, he shouldn’t hide behind a woman."

Fang Zhi looked at the laughing young men in front of him, pushed up his glasses, and his eyes showed a hint of pity.

The last one to talk about S that way is still lying in the hospital and hasn’t come out yet.

Do these kids dare to crack dirty jokes in front of her?

Quite brave.

Shen Yanhe looked at them indifferently, her usually sweet and soft voice carrying a touch of chill, "I am S."

The laughing youths suddenly became like ducks whose necks had been wrung, their laughter abruptly stopping as they looked towards Shen Yanhe in utter shock.

Ayong, with a look of astonishment, blurted out, "You’re S?"

"S is a woman?"

"Fake, right? How could a woman be that strong?"

"Yeah! Definitely fake, I even heard that last time S put a boxer who had been a WCC boxing champion into the hospital! How could a woman possibly beat the Boxing King?"

"How can a woman have that much strength?"

The young men exploded into discussion, all chiming in.

Ayong thought so too.

After all, there is an inherent difference in strength between men and women.

The strength of female boxers and male boxers is simply not on the same level.

Ayong furrowed his brows and showed a hint of disdain, "If S is afraid to come out and fight with me, just say so, there’s no need to find a woman to impersonate this coward."

Fang Zhi smiled gently and elegantly, "No, she is indeed the real S, not an impostor."

"No need to waste words with him," Shen Yanhe, flexing her fingers and hearing the gong outside, casually glanced at Ayong, "We’ll know after a fight."

As her words fell, Shen Yanhe didn’t linger any longer, she stepped out of the passageway and walked towards the boxing ring.

Ayong and the other youths watched her get onto the boxing ring with efficient grace. The youth who had just made the dirty joke pushed Ayong, "Just fight, Ayong, go teach that chick a lesson."

Ayong frowned but said nothing, took off his boxing cloak, and warmed up his hands as he also walked towards the boxing ring.

Once on the boxing ring, while waiting for the referee, Ayong looked at Shen Yanhe with a solemn gaze and said again, "I never hit women, it’s not too late for you to forfeit."

Shen Yanhe’s cool gaze met his, "I’ll say the same to you."

"I’m not pleased with what your brother said just now," her exposed red lips curled into a devilish smile, "You’d better forfeit now."

"Otherwise, you might not get the chance to."

For the first time, Ayong was openly challenged by a woman, and his face instantly darkened.

Just then, the referee, who had gone for a drink of water, returned, signaling for both parties to get ready, and put the whistle in his mouth.

The next instant, the whistle blew.

The woman standing opposite Ayong instantly moved, her speed fast like an afterimage, her fist striking straight at his face!

Ayong’s pupils shrank.

So fast!

So fast he couldn’t dodge it, he could only lift his arms crossed in front of his face in time, blocking Shen Yanhe’s punch aimed at his face!

A "bang" echoed.

The punch collided with the arms he had shielded before him.

Along with a faint cracking sound, an agonizing pain shot through his arm, the overpowering force making Ayong stagger back several steps.

He steadied himself, looked up fiercely, and stared at Shen Yanhe as if he had seen a ghost.

Shen Yanhe gave him a slight smile, her bare red lips beautiful but conveyed a deep coldness and hostility, "I told you, I’m not pleased."

"You’ve lost the chance to forfeit."
