Chapter 124: Suck All of His Seeds
Chapter 124: Suck All of His Seeds
Eirik sat on the edge of the bed, hands clasped in his lap, his heart pounding in his chest.
The room was quiet, the only sound the soft crackle of the fire burning in the hearth, casting a warm glow across the room.
His skin tingled from the earlier preparations, the warm bath, the scented oils, and the silk robe that clung to his form like a second skin. The translucent fabric left little to the imagination, and every time he caught a glimpse of his own reflection, he felt his cheeks heat with embarrassment.
This was the night. His first night as Kaelix’s husband, and the nerves swirled inside him like a storm. A mixture of excitement and anxiety filled his chest, making it hard to sit still. He shifted, trying to calm the butterflies in his stomach. The servants had left him to wait, and he assumed Kaelix would come soon. But the longer he waited, the more nervous he became.
Eirik’s head snapped up when the door creaked open, and his breath caught in his throat. He quickly pulled the robe tighter around himself, expecting Kaelix to walk through the door. Instead, Queen Elena entered the room, her regal presence filling the space. Eirik’s eyes widened in surprise, and his heart raced even faster. Of all people, he hadn’t expected the queen to visit him at this moment.
"Your Majesty!" Eirik stammered, feeling his face flush as he tried to cover himself better. The sheer silk robe did little to hide his form, and the thought of being seen in such a state by Kaelix’s mother made him want to disappear.
Queen Elena chuckled softly, her eyes twinkling with amusement as she watched his flustered attempts to maintain his modesty. "Oh, Eirik how many times have I asked you to call me mother? Besides, there’s no need to be so shy. After all, we are family now, aren’t we?"
Eirik swallowed hard, his face burning as he nodded. "Y-Yes, of course, Mother. I just... I wasn’t expecting..."
"To see me instead of my son?" Elena finished for him, still smiling. She stepped closer, her gown rustling softly with each movement. "I suppose you thought Kaelix would be the one to come through that door."
Eirik couldn’t help but nod, still struggling to pull the robe tighter around his body, though it barely helped. He felt exposed, vulnerable, and utterly unprepared for this encounter.
The queen’s laughter was light, and she reached out to gently touch Eirik’s hand, her presence warm and calming despite the teasing. "Oh, don’t look so frightened, Eirik. You’re beautiful. No need to hide yourself from me."
Eirik’s face flushed even deeper, his ears burning as he looked down at the floor, unable to meet the queen’s eyes. "I... I just..."
Queen Elena smiled, her teasing tone softening. "I came here to speak with you before the night begins. There is something I wanted to give you, something important." Her expression turned more serious, and Eirik looked up, curiosity mixing with his nerves.
She took his hands in hers, her touch gentle but firm, and looked into his eyes. "Eirik, you have brought such joy to my son, and for that, I will be forever grateful. Kaelix is a complicated man. He does not let people in easily, but with you, I have seen a change in him. You’ve made him happier than I’ve seen in years."
Eirik felt a lump form in his throat at her words. He hadn’t expected such heartfelt praise from the queen. It was overwhelming, and he wasn’t sure how to respond. His heart swelled with a mixture of pride and gratitude, though he felt slightly undeserving of the queen’s admiration.
Elena let go of one of his hands and reached into the folds of her gown, pulling out a small, velvet pouch. "This," she said, her voice softer now, "is for you."
She opened the pouch and revealed a delicate necklace, a stunning piece of craftsmanship. The chain was made of thin strands of gold that twisted together, forming a shimmering braid.
At its center was a pendant, a small, intricate teardrop shape encrusted with tiny jewels that sparkled in the firelight.
The jewels were a mix of purple sapphires and diamonds, their brilliance catching Eirik’s eye immediately. The pendant was surrounded by delicate engravings, the craftsmanship so fine it was clear this piece was ancient, passed down through generations.
"This necklace," Elena explained, "is a family heirloom. It has been worn by the wives of the crown princes, of the Zephyros royal family for centuries.
And now, it belongs to you, Eirik. You are part of our family now, and this necklace is a symbol of your place with us. More importantly, it is a symbol of the love that binds you to Kaelix."
Eirik’s breath caught in his throat as he stared at the necklace, overwhelmed by its beauty and significance. He reached out to touch it, his fingers trembling slightly. "It’s... it’s beautiful," he whispered.
Elena smiled warmly and stepped behind him, fastening the necklace around his neck. "It is not just beautiful, Eirik. It is a reminder. A reminder that you belong with us. That you are loved, and that you will always have a place in this family."
Eirik felt the weight of the necklace settle against his chest, its cool metal resting just above his heart. He touched it gently, feeling a swell of emotion rise within him. He had never felt more accepted, more welcomed than in that moment. The queen’s words, her kindness, had touched him deeply, and he found himself blinking back tears of gratitude.
"Thank you, Your... Mother," he said, his voice thick with emotion. "I... I don’t know what to say."
Elena placed a hand on his shoulder, giving it a reassuring squeeze. "There is no need to say anything, my dear. You are part of our family now. That is all that matters."
For a moment, they stood there in silence, the weight of the moment hanging between them. Eirik felt an overwhelming sense of gratitude for the queen’s acceptance.
Elena broke the silence with a teasing smile, her eyes gleaming mischievously. "Now, as much as I enjoy these heartfelt moments, there is one more thing I must say before I leave."
Eirik looked up at her, curiosity sparking in his eyes. "What is it?"
The queen’s smile widened, and her tone turned playful. "I expect little Kaelix and Eirik to be running around the palace soon. I trust you will make sure to, well... do your part tonight."
Eirik’s eyes widened in shock, and his face turned a deep shade of red. "I...what?" he stammered, completely mortified by her words. He had not expected such a blunt statement, especially from the queen.
Elena chuckled, clearly enjoying his flustered reaction. "Oh, don’t look so horrified, Eirik. It’s only natural. You are young, and so is my son. I’m simply looking forward to grandchildren. Perhaps the gods will bless us with some little ones soon."
Eirik wanted nothing more than for the ground to swallow him whole. He could barely meet her gaze, his mind racing with embarrassment. "I... I don’t..."
The queen waved a hand, still laughing softly. "Don’t worry, I’m not asking for a detailed report. Just... make sure you suck all of my son’s seeds from him tonight. It’s important for the future of our family, you know."
Eirik’s face burned with embarrassment, and he wished desperately for a way out of the conversation. "Mother, I..."
Elena smiled and patted his cheek affectionately. "You are adorable, Eirik. Truly. Don’t be so nervous. Everything will be fine. Just remember, the gods are watching tonight. Maybe they will plant a little blessing in your stomach before the morning."
With that, she gave him a wink and turned to leave, her laughter echoing in the room as she made her exit. Eirik watched her go, still frozen in place, his mind reeling from the queen’s words.
As the door closed behind her, he let out a shaky breath, his heart racing. He couldn’t believe what had just happened. His face was still burning, and he covered it with his hands.
Now, left alone in the room again, Eirik was back to waiting for Kaelix. He stared at the door, wondering how much longer it would be before his husband arrived. Was Kaelix as nervous as he was? Did Kaelix feel the same mix of anticipation and anxiety?
He touched the necklace at his chest, the cool metal grounding him as he waited.
