Angelica and Sakura stared at the group; they had joined them for lunch. The two beauties noticed how tired and weary they looked. Besides this tiredness was a sense of irritation. Their legs jittered as if anything would set them off.

"What's going on?"

Gabriel explained, "They haven't eaten sugar for a whole day now." Even he was amazed by this. 

“What?!” “...No sugar?” Angelica was clearly baffled while Sakura faltered for a moment. Gabriel continued, "The girls had been eating a lot of sugary foods on the island. So we have a ban." He was one of the few people who was alright with this. He wasn't a fan of sugar.

"You actually put a ban?" Tristan and Maria were baffled. A ban on food was unexpected. This was especially so with Keith since he was pretty free with his food.

"Right?!" Carolyn pursed her lips as she pointed at Keith, "This is over the top!"

"Brother, help me out!" Alfia glanced at Licht, begging for assistance. But the elf prince was silent as he stared at her.

"...What?" She didn't know why, but the look on his face made her flinch. 

"You got plumper." 

"Brother!" 

"See. That's what..." Before Keith could finish his words, he looked at Angelica and Sakura.

“...What?” The angel didn't know why, but she didn't like his gaze. It made her shiver as she moved her body slightly back.

Keith grinned, “You know, I think you have also gained weight.” 

“Whaaa?! Junior! I know that I’ve been working out all the time!"

Keith added, “But I heard from Helen that you’ve been eating at the cafe. And you’ve been trying my food for quite some time." Keith had been feeding her cookies. Just because she wasn't on the island didn't mean she ate less than the other ladies; she ate around the same amount, maybe even more since she had a jar all to herself!

“...” Helen! Why?! 

“You can’t ban it from me! I don’t live on your island!”

Keith chuckled, “Please, if I say no sugar, you will not get any sugar in this city.” 

“...” No one said a word. Keith's comment made all of them pause to process it.

“Is he serious?” Long Lihua muttered to Sarah. 

Sarah gulped, “I don’t know, and I don’t want to find out either.”  Keith’s abilities were quite fearsome. Whenever he said something, he meant it. 

“Junior, don’t you-” “Banned from sugar.” Keith pointed with a smile on his face. The verdict came down right on her, which caused Angelica’s mouth to gap open. 

Keith turned to Long Lihua and Ayaka, who were shivering. We're in this mix as well?! 

“You two will get it from the others.” A sigh came out of his mouth. But that only caused the two’s eyes to widen. From who?! WHO?! 

From how he talked, it seemed there were other people in his cause. Keith chuckled as he ate calmly, ignoring the looks he received from the others.

Later in the day, Carolyn and the others were dying from this ban. They were sprawled on the table in general studies.

“We need to get our sugar.”

“How are we supposed to do that?!”

"...The bakery." There was one place they could get sugar. They had delicious pudding and sweet breads; it was more than enough to satisfy their hunger.

"Merchant store as well. I think they have chocolates." It was a chance since the chocolate would be sold out whenever they were in stock. However, they had a plan. Carolyn and the three nodded as they headed off. But that was a rude awakening.

“I’m sorry, but the big boss told us we can’t sell to you.”

“What?!” Carolyn’s eyes twitched. And she was not alone; it was the same situation when they headed to the merchant store! 

“Why can't we buy?! We'll pay double.” Scarlet’s eyes widened. 

The seller shook her head, "I'm sorry. But the Big Boss stated not to sell to you." His words were the law.

The words that Keith had spoken a day ago resonated for the princesses. If he said there was not going to be sugar, there was not going to be sugar. And it was pure horror.

They were not the only ones, as when they returned to the academy, they saw a defeated Angelica, "Did you get banned?"

“...You too?”

“Yeah!” Her go-to spot was Helen's cafe. She wanted a chocolate cake after that long day's work. But the owner blocked her! The beauty couldn't fathom it before Helen explained she got a memo from Keith.

“...” They were speechless.

"...That monster." Keith's connections were fearsome. Carolyn and the other trudged home to see Keith watering the plants with Eri. And Carolyn couldn’t help but shout, “Keith! How could you do this to us!” 

"You guys shot yourselves in the foot." Keith rolled his eyes, "Don't expect me to change." After finishing watering the plants, he headed inside to prepare dinner. That carefree attitude only infuriated Carolyn and the others. 

"That jerk!"

"A jerk indeed." Cadmus nodded, "We need to smite him! He has crossed the line with his power!"

"...Smite?" Sohma blinked. Aren't you overreacting?

"Yeah! We have to overtake the tyrant!" 

"He needs to be conquered!"

"..." Aidiun and Sohma glanced at one another. They felt a huge headache forming.
