As the inruder slightly revealed themselves, Hunter remained vigilant and took this opportunity when his opponent was unware of him by rushing forward, he grabbed the hand of the intruder, pulled them in with force and kicked the door shut while making a turn and slamming the intruder on the side wall while holding their right wrist and keeping the short dagger against their neck in one smooth motion, in the process he heard a high pitched short yelp, like that of a women, he looked at the intruder and his pupils suddenly contracted, the intruder was none other than the girl he bumped into a few days ago and who was with Sorrowful. Hunter had no animosity towards the women but after seeing her with Sorrowful, he regarded her as an accomplice of his enemy and therefore his own enemy and so he didn't move the dagger away but kept it against her neck and looked at her from above with contempt with not a shred of kindness in his cold eyes.
I just read King of Secrets on Web novel it was so peak my body exploded and reformed due to the sheer Energy of Peak fiction injected into this masterpiece I became 10x times stronger after reading it and my life changed for the better I even lost all motivation to write my own fanfic knowing it could never reach such highs just try reading it
