I think some elf died that was the frend of the Tree while fighting one of the demonlords. The tree was already to some other world and they said f*ck of your not stealing our recources or something like that.
Where are you at in the story? As the most recent chapter a few of the mcs subordinates are stronger than the heroes and can kill the demon king by themselves

they are the fact they have to be 200 to win is crazy if a hero can win at a 100 there is no point to them fighting
