It is a probe made by the Trisolarians, it's indestructible because the mass of its surface is denser than a neutron star. So this little guy the size of a truck could tank a supernova and destroy a fleet of thousands of ships thousands of meters long in minutes but one of these was destroyed by mundane humans?

The reason they were able to destroy it was because while they were running from it they ran into a pocket of 4d space and were able to destroy the internals of the droplet bypassing its defenses. So while this droplet would solo humanity, Sunny could maybe destroy it by using the shadows inside it.
