I understand the question of the future physical persona is a valid question, but I think knowledge and skills would come before that on the priorities list. Thankfully the last sentence saved the chapter... I think I'm gonna to like this. Tentatively for now, the guys mentality is a bag of problems so far...
Seems a bit drastic, but then it's hard to understand circumstances you're not familiar with and the choices people make. From my perspective it would be a massive wake up call that things in live gotta have to change pronto, not to unalive yourself...
