I can contact some random disease or it was poisoned to grant me a grueling fate where all my limbs become paralyzed and my brain gets half-eaten by a brain eating amoeba, which then causes me to go to the hospital and then my parents come to meet me there and then a bomb blows up in the hospital. Everyone dies except me, then I am forced to go to FBI to be questioned and tortured endlessly till the last strands of time dissipiate from the universe and then a clown comes to save my grace from death by gifting me immortality and I am forced to suffer an eternity in the nothingness of the void while cursing you for having asked me, "What's the worst that could have happened?"

Ironically, without the eternity part, that's pretty much what happened to Sunny.
