When Klein freed the sequence 7 Psychiatrist Beyonder's soul from the Creeping Hunger, she told him that she died because she went to Toscarter Island to see "someone" from the Psychology Alchemists and got attacked by vice admiral hurricane Qilangos.
The characteristic(the all-black eye)that he consumed was the equivalent to a sequence 5 NimbleWright Master and it could be used as the main ingredients for the potion. But it wasn't just the sequence 5.
It also had the previous sequences.
Meaning aside from consuming a sequence 5 characteristic, Klein also consumed extra sets of sequences 6, 7, 8, and 9.
Thus, his previous abilities received a relatively high boost to their potency, but he would take more time to digest this potion.
For those who are wondering, it took him approximately 4 months to advance from sequence 6 Faceless to sequence 5 NimbleWright Master(or rather Marionettist).
He consumed the Faceless potion in late December, and now is the later half of April.
Originally, it should've taken at least 5 months, but him acting as Amyrius and receiving feedback from an actual demigod considerably lessened the required time.
1. Remember the fight between Klein, Sharron, Maric, and the three Beyonders from the Rose School of Thought in the previous volume?
Sharron used a sealed artifact to summon a bronze door with the same effects as this one. Basically, this is a Beyonder ability from the [Death] pathway.
2. Using the "distortion" ability from the (Baron of Corruption) characteristic in Creeping Hunger, Klein redirected the target of the door to the undead that were busy with Azik's whistle.
3. When Ludwell saw this, he partially transformed his right arm into a wraith form and attacked Klein by elongating his wraith arm.
4. Klein used paper substitute to escape while using the abilities from the [Sun] domain to damage the door.
5. When he saw the door was more resistant than he thought, he targeted Ludwell with "psychic piercing," but Ludwell's ring redirected it to Klein.
6. Ludwell used the language of Death to take Klein's spirit body, but Klein used Tinder to steal the language of Death.
I don't think this fight needs any explanation, so I'll just point something out:
The "blobs of light" that Klein saw after putting on Tinder are stealable abilities. They're basically like indicators that this person or object or creature has an ability that can be stolen.
The [Storm] domain charms that Klein just showed are created with the use of the "Sea God Scepter".
By using the appropriate materials and injecting the powers of the Scepter into them, he can create charms from the storm domain that are quite effective, especially on the sea.
The best part is that the material used for the charms will be sacrificed to the Sea God, and Klein would be able to bring them back and recycle them until it's not usable anymore.
1. Natural born Vampires that in their adult state are equivalent to a sequence 7 Beyonder with the same name. They are often called Sanguines.
2. Humans turned vampires. They are regular Humans that have consumed the characteristics of Sanguines by concocting it into a potion and has become a sequence 7 Vampire.
As you might guess, these two factions are natural enemies of each other.
99.9% of Beyonders advance one sequence at a time, and in the [Hanged Man](Secrets Supplicant) pathway, the sequence 8 is called the Listener.
It's the main reason for practically all the Beyonders of this pathway's mania and their devout beliefs in the true(fallen)creator because, at this sequence, they can directly hear "his" voice.
This guy is the 0.01% of Beyonders that not only managed to survive instantly advancing to sequence 6 but he was even lucky enough to completely skip the Listener sequence and don't get corrupted by the true(fallen)creator.
yeah buddy, just sybau plz 🙏🙏
It means stackers are uncool and daily readers are very cool

->Bruhguy
Every Beyonder from sequence 4 up to 1 is generally referred to as Demigods.
This general categorization can be further broken down into 2 smaller groups:
Saints: Beyonders from sequence 4 and 3
Angels: Beyonders from sequence 2 and 1
Kings of Angels fall outside of this category because their strength is above a sequence 1 but below a sequence 0 God.
