No even if they figure out themself they forget, the only way Cassie can somewhat figure it out is because she is Aizens daughter and is one hell of a beast in her speciality, memories and minds, she knows something is wrong and is able to skirt around Sunnys past to somewhat get an idea of the blanks, noone else on the team is that smart causing them to most likely immediately forget what they were just thinking.
