This is one of those novels where the main character is the worst written character in the entire novel. I could name 7 better main character options in the exact same novel. He's immature , idiotic , a plain retard and one of the worst written vampires I've ever read about
Its avarage but also peak its the same but different also peak but avarage 😊 honest reaction it has a great world build but caharcter development is avarage but also peak
entertaining. Maybe it is a bit "early" to start the story, you will definetely have your fun but once you catch up with the latest chapterand have to wait, it will be different (the updates are not slow or anything, but you'll still be waiting and break the flow of the story). The characters are pretty likable, so far, I'd say more than in Top Tier providence but it's still a bit early to compare. Mc got a few companions being constantly around and the other characters gravitate around him and live their own lives. Everyone is quite likable and mc seems to care more about other people (not that mc of Top Tier providence didn't care, but he feels more connected to them). There may be a harem at some point (probably 2-3 girls or more) and the "main" love interest is quite the badass with quite a few tools to her belt, mc takes some time to be really useful to her. If I had some trouble with a character it would be her, having gone through a lot she is quite elusive, she's not an as$ but it's sometimes hard to know what she's plotting and she doesn't share everything with mc. She's his more powerful and useful ally, but she also keeps her distances, and I was frustrated sometimes by her attitude. She has reasons to, but she didn't seem to take mc entirely seriously, kept him out of her plans and so on. Mc is scoring some points recently though and time will come when maybe even her will have trouble keeping up (surprisingly she seemed to keep up and even be ahead of mc's incredible speed early on). Anyways, it's a good and pleasant read, I'd say full enjoyment, a bit of fun, low frustration and despite being easy to read it's not completely bland or empty (author tries to make other characters live, and at their own rythm too).
Comedy and cultivation. The story is about transmigration inside the body of an almost fallen teacher of a cultivation academy. MC gets a Library inside his mind, like a passive skill, which gives him the power to store anything he has ever seen writen/any book he touches. At the same time, it "reads" any flaw a person haw in their martial arts, as well as the flaw of preciously mentioned books. It's quite the super power. The story in the beginning is interesting! Definitely. I really enjoyed the world building and the whole idea of this power. MC trying to figure out how to work it, and the reactions of others for his capabilities. Unfortunately, it's not a well written story beyond that. I was first disapointed when I realized that women don't have personalities. It's hard to write women characters well. The common flaw of many stories is always making dull-minded women with repetitive personalities. It's unfortunate. The MC doesn't seem to ever have a true challenge (?) with anyone "smart". Author is trying to show that MC is smart by doing this, but making everyone else be dull doesn't make your character smart. . . So the lack of personalities is evident. We keep seeing the same suprise-shock moments and the underestimating of others. I'm not too deep in the story yet, but I can tell the writing is repetitive and the personalities lacking. It's a story you can pass through when you want to relax, doesn't seem on the serious drama side. The comedy is alright, I do giggle with it, face-palm sometimes too. Ah, but, something I noticed recently. The problem solving of the MC's problems are too. . . Convinient. For example, not really a spoiler, there's this one chapter when for the first time ever, we learn about a new word, a whole new concept, and that same problem-realm he needs to reach is IMMEDIATELY solved ACCIDENTALLY (?) because a unexpected quest arrived and literally brought an item for this, unheard until now, new entire concept. It's ridiculous. Sure it helps with the plot, but you're being way too obvious with it, and it's not challenging in the slightest. All in all, I told myself I would give up on the story, but I find myself thinking back to it from time to time, and come continue it bit by bit. I think as a concept it's pretty nice, you could go back to it and read a bit as a refreshment honestly. There's also a manhwa, my father and I like to compare the two and make references to this story. It's not too bad, just not the serious type. I think it has potential for some readers who are looking for something easy to read! I think it's worth to at least know the concept of the beginning chapters, it's enjoyable.
