im sorry but ill just say this-- this novel is cringe. obviously written by a young author. the mc is an adult but he acts like a child and his personality immediately changed the moment he was reborn. i can understand if hes op, but the writing skills are not that good. dont recommend unless you can take the writing skills of a 9 yr old. waste of time imo
this story didnt really have depth. mc was okay at the beginning, but it seems like we dont really get to see his intelligence later in the story, like another reviewer said. i strongly agree with them. i dont agree that this novel is particularly good or special. theres many other better novels out there. personally i feel like the harem ruined it for me. must everything be harem? must everything have multiple men/women?
a big turnoff for me is the harem, secondly this novel made me feel like i was reading separate novels. i love simulator novels but this was slightly disappointing to me.
the novel isnt complete, but based off on what ive read, i dont think i will continue reading it.
overall average but tragic and bittersweet novel. pretty sure mc will get his happy ending at later parts. dont really recommend because only people who like this type of story will like this novel. this novel fell short for me.
things that might make yall dislike the novel: harem, mc is disappointing, very cliche novel of mc saving girls and they love him, story may seem kinda repetitive, disjointed, messy, not enough world building.
this is just my opinion. i didnt want to read this in the beginning but many reviews were praising this novel without actually explaining why its good. its good to try this but you may not necessarily enjoy it.
very good review by Ashborn7! their review perfectly summed up how i feel. i read until chapter 450 and was stacking chapters. its not a bad novel, some chapters are great but others are slightly lackluster. unfortunately many novels have this issue, so im taking off half a star because of the drop in interest.
honestly not bad. slow updates though. i look forward to seeing more chapters! i like that theres no harem and that theres only one cp. writing style isnt bad, hope theres more chapters to come!
It's honestly not too bad from what I've read. Taking 1.5 stars off because the translation can be wonky at times and idk what to expect from this since there's very few chapters. Overall not bad, FL and ml both seem like good people, looking forward to their success!
this novel is honestly not bad. however, i have a few confusions about naoki, the main character. hes a rancher and hes supposed to be kind and responsible. its also said that only the food made by him has effects. however, there is a point in time where theres "a celebratory soup" not made by him. when he went to area zero, he also irresponsibly caught a paradox pokemon. then he just held on to the pokeball while the pokemon fled? very big plot holes about his personality in my opinion. there are a few contradictory moments about his personality, but the plot is overall not bad.
i like this a lot! seems like a sweet romance between luoyue and manshuang will start budding too! i think to me this seems more like a sweet romance or protagonist gradually becoming op and exploring the world. the story isnt complete yet tho, im really interested to see more! highly recommend to those who like a decent paced story with enough world building and good characters!
so the perspective really does change a lot. not really a fan of the "gentle giant" trope either. wish there were better jormungandr novels tbh. this novel was very disappointing to me.
It's honestly not bad. But towards the middle, I felt so confused. MC had so many trump cards I don't even remember how he got those. It's quite a complicated story, I do quite like the writing style, but I think the novel confused me too much. Worth a try, I do recommend people try this out.
Hm, I did skip a few chapters in the end I think, but I do like the relationship between the characters. At some points, the story fell short for me, which is why I decided to skip a few chapters. I usually just drop the novel if I find it uninteresting, but I was curious about what would happen in the end, so I continued to read the ending. I believe for a story like this, it could have been slight shorter because I think some of the chapters were unnecessary.
I recommend this to someone who would like to see a laid back MC who eventually becomes strong.
