Path of the Extra

Honestly, I feel like one of those bots, basically saying the same thing as everyone else who left a review, but they’re right. I came in with low expectations for this novel, and it stayed that way until around chapter 80 or 90. Then suddenly, the story just catapulted, and we really got to see how ridiculously smart the MC is. His foresight is insane.

Then we hit the end of Volume 1, around chapter 175, and my mind was blown. After that, it felt like I was on drugs, binge-reading straight to chapter 260. Seriously, this novel has the potential to stand among the greatest.

HOLY PEAK CIRCUS OF LIES WAS SUCH A PEAK VOL ENDING! No, seriously the way everything in Volume 1 comes together is so perfect! It reminds me so much of LOTM and SS!

Anyone who gives this book less than 4.5 stars has probably not reached chapter 175, because gods, what a plot twist! And I kid you not, it only gets so much better in volume 2. Props to the author, this is seriously one of my all-time favorites, and it seems to only keep getting better with the worldbuilding and lore!

I understand that the first 90-ish chapters can be a bit cringe and even boring at times, but I swear, it all becomes worth it by the end.

Review –

This novel, at its initial, promises many different and new aspects without being cringe, but at your heart, you might wonder if it would turn out like Kill the Author, a work which had tremendous potential but every time you read a chapter, you were drowned in disappointment of the horrible execution! Fear not, this, unlike Kill the Sun, actually delivers what it promises, you just need to give it time!

Recommended – rating – 7.5/10 (a little low because of world-building)

Just one of the best novels I’ve ever read, and I’ve read a lot. At first, it felt generic, but I kept reading, and by the time I reached the end of Volume 1, I was completely blown away by how wrong I’d been. If you have the patience for true peak fiction, I highly recommend it.

The start is s*it ngl it's boring and way to random but after like 70 or 80 chapters the novel just starts climbing up towards peak and it never stops, a very good novel if you can handle the start which is quite a bit but you will be happy to go through that s*it believe me as you will see me my comments hating this and then changing into loving it each chapter...

it's amazing and i predict this novel will be among the greatest with lotm shadow slave orv ri..the plot twist , story ,mc , character everthing is well done definitively a must read 

This novel is one of the best works I have read. It includes elements that are found in top tier works like Shadow Slave and TAPOV, The fight scenes, the character interactions, AND THE PLOT TWISTS HOLY. Over my 5 years and hundreds of novels read, this ranks in the top 5 easily.  

Honestly it's peak, mind blowingly so the first volume was insane i don't know what author was smoking when he was writing that s*it but i need some of that
